Subscription Offers

Subscription offers are personal and non-transferable. The minimum subscription term is twelve months. We offer an initial 14-day money-back guarantee on the standard tariff only and provided no software from the site is downloaded. We do not offer a 14-day money back guarantee on the gold service (Next Level), however, you can drop to the standard tariff for the remainder of your subscription term. You will be provided access to the programme after your first successful payment. Promotional tariffs offered are at the company discretion to continue or discontinue outside of the initial subscription term.

 

Continuous Card Authority

Your subscription will be deemed continuous after the initial subscription term, and you will receive access to all the programme material until you cancel, which must be in line with the procedures below.  If the price of your subscription increases, we will give you at least 10 days’ notice. Minimum subscription term is 12 months. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to keep all card information up to date, failed payments will incur a standard £25 administration charge.

 

Tariffs

The subscriber has the flexibility to change tariffs within the subscription term. In this event, please email programmeadmin@miuradevelopment.co.uk with the title "UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION" and provide a 30-day notice. The Gold Tariff (Next Level) has a minimum 3-month requirement for certain services (i.e., CV rewrite, consultancy project experience).

 

Refund policy

The subscriber cannot cancel the subscription after the initial 14-day period. In the event of a failed payment a standard administration fee of £25 will be charged to the subscriber to reprocess payment. Failure to retrieve funds past a 28-day period will result in the charge for the remainder of the subscription term plus a 30-day notice period. If the funds are not resolved within a further 28 days, we will seek to recover funds through a debt collection agency.

 

Cancellation of policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the first 14 days by contacting us and we will give you a full refund, provided no software from the site is downloaded or a gold tariff (Next Level) is purchased as we do not offer a 14-day money back guarantee on the gold service, however, you can drop to the standard tariff for the remainder of your subscription term. In this event, please email programmeadmin@miuradevelopment.co.uk with the title "CANCEL POLICY" providing details of why the programme was unsuitable for you. The subscriber is unable to cancel this promotional subscription during the first 12 months. If you decide to cancel your subscription you will need to provide us 30 days’ notice. Where you will be required to make a lump sum payment of the remaining 12-month subscription period based on the tariff you are on at the time of cancellation. In this event, please email programmeadmin@miuradevelopment.co.uk with the title "CANCEL POLICY" If you decide to cancel your Continuous Card Authority Subscription you will need to notify us, at least 30 days prior to your next subscription payment date. You will be liable for either the full cost of the programme or the residue months left on the promotional subscription. Additional administration costs may be applied. If you have any complaints about how we have dealt with the provision of your subscription or have any queries, please email programmeadmin@miuradevelopment.co.uk with the title "SUBSCRIPTION COMPLAINT" or "SUBSCRIPTION QUERY".

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL MIURA DEVELOPMENT LTD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MIURA DEVELOPMENT LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
